Jako (42) est chef d’un restaurant gastronomique à Vianden, qu’il gère avec ses amis d’enfance Marc et Paul. En pleine ascension professionnelle, son élan est fauché par la mort brutale de son fils, de laquelle il se sent responsable. Cinq ans plus tard, alors qu’ il a refait sa vie à Esch, le décès soudain de Paul, qui avait repris la gestion du restaurant, l’oblige à retourner à Vianden. Jako (42) is the head chef of a fine dining restaurant in Vianden, which he runs with his childhood friends Marc and Paul. At the height of his career, his momentum is shattered by the sudden death of his son — a tragedy for which he holds himself responsible.
Five years later, having rebuilt his life in Esch, the unexpected death of Paul, who had taken over the restaurant, forces him to return to Vianden. There, he must confront the past he tried to bury… and Antoine, his late son’s best friend, now a teenager.
