Living a peaceful life in the suburb in the 70’s, Boule a 9 years little boy, has always dreamt about having a dog. One day on a sunday walk, Boule and his mother succeed to persuade Boule’s father to visit the RSCPA. Boule falls in love at first sight with an adorable little cocker, that he immediately decides to name Bill.
Although Boule’s father did not agree, because of other personal projects like moving to an new appartment in Paris…Bill is going to make life difficult for this family before becoming essential to its harmony.
