Bad Gastein in the Austrian mountains, 2024. Twelve-year-old Karli discovers that he can travel in time in his parents’ hotel, directly via a secret floor that leads him to the year 1938. He becomes friends with the Jewish girl Hannah and the shoeshine boy Georg. Together they solve an exciting criminal case and Karli realises what shadow lies over the world of his new friends.
Karli, 12 ans, déménage avec sa famille dans les Alpes, où ses parents réalisent enfin leur rêve d’ouvrir leur propre hôtel. Alors qu’il aide son père aux travaux de rénovation, Karli découvre qu’il peut voyager dans le temps à l’aide d’un vieil ascenseur de service… et se retrouve en 1938 ! Il rencontre Hannah, avec qui il va vivre une flopée d’aventures et qui va lui ouvrir les yeux sur un pan terrible de l’Histoire.
