Synopsis
MOVE! is a danced road movie, a travel guide to the world of dance. Sylvia Camarda meets top-class performers who invite her to dance, makes extraordinary encounters in unusual places, and presents dance through the prism of culture and tradition. In the 5th season she travels to Brazil to immerse herself in Afro-Brazilian dances once considered wild and uncivilized, experiencing samba, trance-inducing Candomblé ceremonies, and the martial art-dance Capoeira. In Ireland, she traces the evolution of Irish dance from folk tradition to global phenomenon. In Paris, she explores Parkour as an art of movement and examines how AI is reshaping the dance world.
