A fourth film selected at the Cannes Festival!

The fantastic feature film " CONANN " directed by French filmmaker Bertrand Mandico and produced by the Luxembourg company LES FILMS FAUVES (Gilles Chanial) has been added to the new official selections of the 76e edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
The film will be screened at the FILMMAKERS' FORTNIGHT ", section of the Festival of Canneswhich aims to showcase a broad spectrum of films, highlighting the most unique and visionary practices in contemporary cinema.
CONANN is a mainly Luxembourg co-production with Belgium and France, supported by the Film Fund Luxembourg. The film was shot entirely in Luxembourg on the former ARBED site in Esch-Schifflange, which was transformed into a film studio for the occasion, employing over 60 Luxembourg technicians and artists.
A work in virtual reality WE THE BARBARIANS "The film was made by Bertrand Mandico on the ruins of the sets where CONANN was shot, and will be presented to the public at Cannes, as will the virtual reality work " LE BAL DE PARIS "by Blanca Li (co-produced by FABRIQUE D'IMAGES), which was presented to Luxembourg audiences last January at the Grand Théâtre de la Ville de Luxembourg.
