Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn, a Luxembourg co-production, wins the Golden Bear at the 71st Berlinale

The feature film by Romanian director Radu Jude was today awarded the Golden Bear for Best Film at the 71e Berlin Festival in honour of Luxembourg society Paul Thiltges Distributions which co-produced Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn with Romania, the Czech Republic and Croatia.
In partnership with Philophon Studios and Espera Productions, Paul Thiltges and Adrien Chef were responsible for the film's image, sound and special effects post-production.
This is the first time that a co-production with Luxembourg has won the most prestigious award given by the Berlin FestivalThis was a triumph for the artistic quality of European cinema.
The film will be screened on 10 March at Kinepolis as part of the 11e edition of the Luxembourg City Film Festival as part of the Films made in/with Luxembourg and available on 11 March in the online version of the festival.
Due to the health crisis, the Berlinale is being held in two parts this year. The European Film Market and the Official Competition have been online since 1 January.er March until today, when the international jury awards the final prizes. The winning films will then be presented to the public from 9 to 20 June as part of a special event.
French Synopsis: Following the broadcast of a video of a teacher having sex with her husband, the parents of the pupils call a meeting. The film explores the intellectual, moral and political confusion of contemporary society, particularly in post-totalitarian Eastern Europe.
