By offering a 26th edition adapted to the current context and therefore hybrid, CINEMANIA refocuses its selection on the best French-language productions available. The festival's programming is a reminder of the importance of cultural pluralism and the need for dialogue between the major French-speaking communities. With an incursion into the three major production hubs ofEurope, l'Africa and theNorth AmericaThanks to a strong Quebec presence, CINEMANIA's programming is contributing more than ever to the development of Quebec's cultural identity. influence of the French-speaking world as a whole. 

This year has seen the birth of new films and the emergence of new creators. These works deserve to exist, and must continue to circulate between countries to give audiences access to them. As usual, CINEMANIA will be presenting titles that have been selected by major international festivals such as Namur, Toronto, Angoulême, Berlin and Venice.

Luxembourg cinema will be represented by 3 short films : Lupus by Laurent Prim and Article 19-42 by Julien Becker, 2 SkillLab productions and Abigail by Nicolas Debray, produced by Mélusine Productions, and 1 feature film : Two by Filipe Meneghetti, a Tarantula Luxembourg co-production.

Young Luxembourg actor Jules Waringo will be part of the Francophone Youth Jury.
