The 4th edition of the Trophées Francophones du Cinéma, to be held in Beirut from 18 November to 3 December 2016, has unveiled its official list of nominations, which includes 3 co-productions and one Luxembourg production:
- For the TROPHÉE FRANCOPHONE DU LONG MÉTRAGE DE FICTION 2016: THE BRAND NEW TESTAMENT directed by Jaco Van Dormael (coprod. Juliette Films).
- For the TROPHÉE FRANCOPHONE DU LONG MÉTRAGE DOCUMENTAIRE 2016: SUPPLICATION directed by Pol Cruchten (prod. Red Lion).
- For the TROPHÉE FRANCOPHONE DU COURT MÉTRAGE 2016: QUENOTTES directed by Pascal Thiebaux and Gil Pinheiro (coprod. Zeilt productions).
- For the FRANCOPHONE TROPHY FOR MALE INTERPRETATION 2016: Luc Schiltz in the film TOMORROW AFTER THE WAR (ENG NEI ZAÏT) (coprod. Samsa Film) and Benoît Poelvoorde in the film THE BRAND NEW TESTAMENT (co-produced by Juliette Films).
- For the TROPHÉE FRANCOPHONE DU SECOND RÔLE FÉMININ 2016: Yolande Moreau in the film THE BRAND NEW TESTAMENT (co-produced by Juliette Films).
- For the FRANCOPHONE TROPHY FOR DIRECTOR 2016: Christophe Wagner for the film TOMORROW AFTER THE WAR (ENG NEI ZAÏT) (coprod. Samsa Film).
