New "Carte Blanche" aid

Help "Carte Blanche is a non-refundable subsidy awarded to production companies, natural persons of Luxembourg nationality or natural persons who have been resident in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for at least 18 months or non-profit-making associations under the amended law of 21 April 1928 on non-profit-making associations and foundations, for the production of an audiovisual work.
