To introduce spectators to the world of virtual reality, the Film Fund Luxembourg has set up a virtual reality station. in the Foyer of the Grand Théâtre.

From 7 to 27 December 2022spectators will be able to discover the works in virtual reality Metamorphosis by Karolina Markiewicz and Pascal Piron and Ayahuasca by Jan Kounen (a_BAHN).

The station will be open one hour before each performance, during intermissions and 30 minutes after each performance. Admission is free.

Synopsis: Metamorphosis is a project whose starting point was the constraints imposed by the globalised confinement caused by the pandemic. An ontological rupture and the beginning of an open dialogue via the Internet, involving friends and colleagues living in different parts of the world. In Metamorphosis, the user is placed in a changing environment, made up of 3D scans, a collage of places and a series of images of a changing environment, made up of 3D scans, a collage of places accessible during confinement. It's all about the socio-economic, political and environmental changes in our society and in the future.

Synopsis: Guided by the chant of a shaman, Ayahuasca is an inner journey through one of the most mysterious rituals of the Amazon rainforest.
