A one-day training course on copyright and contracts in the audiovisual sector. Led by Karine Riahi, a specialist in copyright law and audiovisual contracts. contracts,

Course of the day :

First part of the morning: The principles of the chain of rights for a film or audiovisual work.

Second part of the morning and afternoon: Overview of the different contracts signed for a production: from rights acquisition contracts to production and exhibition contracts.

Participants are invited to contribute to the day by asking questions about specific cases.
