Welcome back to the movies
Wednesday 1 July 2020 saw the launch of the "Welcome back to the movies" campaign in support of the revival of CINEMA, two weeks after the reopening of all cinemas in the Grand Duchy. The campaign was initiated by Kinepolis and the non-profit organisation CDAC (Centre de Diffusion et d'Anmation CInématographique) with the support of the Film Fund.
At the heart of this campaign, the advert devised and produced by the IP Productions teams was shot on the day the cinemas reopened. It brings together around fifteen key players from the Luxembourg film industry (producers, directors, writers, actors, technicians, etc.) to thank audiences for coming back to the cinema after the period when cinemas are closed.
