After competing for the Golden Leopard at the Locarno Festival del Film, "La petite chambre", directed by Stéphanie Chuat and Véronique Reymond, coproduced by Nicolas Steil (Iris Productions) will be screened at the Montreal World Film Festival (28.8-6.9) in the section – Focus on World Cinema – www.ffm-montreal.org. The film will also be in competition at the 25th Festival international du film francophone de Namur (www.fiff.be).

"Illégal", directed by Olivier Masset-Depasse and coproduced by Nicolas Steil (Iris Productions) will be in competition at the Festival du film francophone d’Angoulême. The film will also be the opening film at the 25th Festival international du film francophone de Namur. The film is also one of the three finalists for the LUX Prize (the cinema award of the European Parliament – to be held in Brussels on 24th November). The three finalists of the LUX Prize will be screened as a special event at the Venice Day during the Mostra internazionale di Venezia (www.venice-days.com).

Samsa Film’s latest production "Sans queue ni tête" directed by Jeanne Labrune starring Isabelle Huppert will be screened at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival in the Special Presentation section. The film is set to come out in theaters in the fall.
