Synopsis
Based on a true story. Best friends Ari and Zahra (14), face lifechanging challenges when Ari learns she’s terminally ill just as Zahra is ordered to return to Afghanistan. In a heartfelt act of
friendship, Ari writes a letter to the Minister, offering her place in the Netherlands to Zahra: “I am dying. Can she take my place?”. A touching film about determination, hope, first kiss, and truly caring for others.
