Fred Neuen studied Applied Communication and majored in Advertising at IHECS in Belgium from 1996 until 2001. He went on to become Head of Fiction and Cinema at Tango TV from 2001 until 2003. Between 2003 and 2008, Fred was a freelance director and editor in which time he completed two fully funded short films called, Trinity and Vault.

In 2007 he launched Radar Collective with fellow director, Ben Andrews, and worked on a number of music videos and documentaries. He also co-created the Web TV station Eveant.com, a concept that was eventually sold to RTL Group.

After shooting a documentary in China and Japan with Ben Andrews in October 2010, the decision to turn Radar into a production company was made. They joined forces with Fred B, Tim and Patrick, and the rest, as they say, is history. Fred’s fake trailer, Bikini Blitzkrieg, was premiered at the launch of the company in November 2011.
Fred works as both director and producer at Radar.
